Jonavos alpakos farm was established in 2018, near the 2nd pond of Jonava city. Our first pets came from alpaca kennels in the EU. We chose breeding males from Switzerland, Sweden and the United Kingdom to develop the farm and increase our herd. Currently, the following alpacas were born and raised on our alpaca farm: Arilė, Bosas, Celestė, Dobis, Enzo and Fredis. The animals live and breed only in an environment that is suitable for their nature, created not only by the wild but also by the farmers who lived in these areas many years ago. The century-old ecological barn of moistened clay is one of the many unique conditions for the well-being of Jonava alpacas and a refreshment during any time of the year. In summer, the barn is fresh and good to hide from the hot sun, and in winter, it holds warmth and cosiness. Our alpacas calmly, dignifiedly and without a haste walk and graze in the vast natural hills and green meadows, surrounded by centuries-old lindens. Many visitors fall in love with our alpacas and say that they are friendly, gentle, curious and very good to be around. At the foot of the hill, there is the 2nd Jonava pond, next to it - excellent bicycle paths, a children's playground and the beach of the 3rd Jonava city pond. This oasis of peace can be reached on foot or by bicycle. Guests arriving by car are kindly requested to follow the traffic rules and leave the car in the parking lot (Tvenkinio street or Juodmenos street near the children‘s playground).
